More than 30 years of experience in construction projects; urban, tourist, infrastructure and public companies in the real estate and consulting sectors. With knowledge in the development of new projects from the processing of permits and rights, planning, budgets, design to the delivery of high-end developments. Having worked in companies such as Grupo Sacmag de México, Hill International, Grupo Necs, Grupo Bareyo, Telethon Mexico, Aplicaciòn de Ingenierìa, Constructora Ruiz Allende, Arroyo Consultores Inmobiliarios, CMI Internacional, Constructora y Administradora Serco, Casas Geo Qro, FJM Constructores, Fraschetto Architects.

Fraschetto Architects is an architecture and interior design firm based in Los Cabos, Mexico that uses integrated design approach to create enduring spaces that not only captive with their design but also go beyond building to positively shape people´s experiences.
